Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven recruitment experience in a consulting firm.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Familiar with Boolean search techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: identify, source, and engage top talent using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screening: conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Pipeline: build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Client Coordination: collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and culture, manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Interview Process Management: schedule/interview coordination, gather feedback, negotiate offers.
• Database Management: maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.
• Market Research: stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.

Role & responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Identify, source, and engage top talent using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Client Coordination

• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.

• Interview Process Management

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Collect and provide feedback post-interviews to both candidates and clients.
• Negotiate offers, ensuring alignment between client budgets and candidate expectations.

• Database Management

• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information.
• Track hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hires.

• Market Research

• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to provide insights to clients and candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment within a consulting firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
