ConsultBae India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Gurgaon to drive end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent across industries, and coordinating with clients to ensure cultural fit and timely delivery of candidates.

The role requires 2–4 years in recruitment, preferably with a consulting background, and strong communication skills. You will manage interviews, provide feedback, negotiate offers, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline while staying updated on salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven recruitment experience in a consulting firm
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS; Boolean search familiarity

Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience Required: 2-4 years in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment consulting firm

Location: Gurgaon-6 Days (5 Days Office 1 Day WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Identify, source, and engage top talent using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Client Coordination

• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.

Interview Process Management

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Collect and provide feedback post-interviews to both candidates and clients.
• Negotiate offers, ensuring alignment between client budgets and candidate expectations.

Database Management

• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information.
• Track hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hires.

Market Research

• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to provide insights to clients and candidates.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment within a consulting firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches.
