You will identify top candidates, conduct initial screenings, and build a robust pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands. You will partner with clients to understand roles and cultural fit, manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate offers while maintaining accurate candidate data and tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven recruitment experience in a consulting firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches.
