ConsultBae India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist in Pune to drive talent sourcing, screening, and client-focused hiring.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients, coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline. Must have a background in recruitment within a consulting environment, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with ATS tools and Boolean sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment within a consulting firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with Boolean searches and sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: identify, source, and engage top talent using job boards, social media, and networks.
• Client Coordination: understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and cultural fit; manage end-to-end recruitment for clients.
• Interview Process Management: schedule/interview coordination; collect and relay feedback; negotiate offers.
• Database Management: maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.

• Interview Process Management

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Collect and provide feedback post-interviews to both candidates and clients.
• Negotiate offers, ensuring alignment between client budgets and candidate expectations.

• Database Management

• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information.
• Track hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hires.

• Market Research

• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to provide insights to clients and candidates.
