Job summary

Interiosplash in Bengaluru seeks an Education Counselor to engage with prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online meetings. You will understand career goals, recommend suitable courses, and clearly explain curriculum, fees, career opportunities, and the admission process.

You will follow up with leads, aim to meet monthly admission targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
• Represent Paperloft Design Institute professionally at education fairs and promotional events when required.
