Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (English literature preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in face-to-face counselling is highly preferred.
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling online leads.
• Target-oriented with a strong ability to convert leads.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Counsel walk-in students and parents at the centre regarding courses, programs, and career paths.
• Convert walk-in inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
• Handle online leads through calls, follow-ups, and cold calling.
• Guide prospective students and address their queries to drive conversions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure closure.
• Update and manage lead data in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, result-driven Academic Counsellor to manage both walk-in (offline) and online student inquiries. The role involves counselling students and parents visiting the centre, as well as handling leads via calls and other channels to drive admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel walk-in students and parents at the centre regarding courses, programs, and career paths.

2. Convert walk-in inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.

3. Handle online leads through calls, follow-ups, and cold calling.

4. Guide prospective students and address their queries to drive conversions.

5. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure closure.

6. Update and manage lead data in CRM systems.

7. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
