Job summary

You will handle calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries, convert interest into admissions, explain syllabi and fees, and maintain student records while coordinating with faculty to support batch management and student retention.

• Understand student career goals and suggest suitable courses.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups.
• Explain course details, including syllabus, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
• Maintain student records and update admission data regularly.
• Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for batch management.
• Support student engagement and help improve retention.
