Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a Specialist, People Data Operations to execute Workday HCM data processes, support mass data loads, validate data accuracy, and resolve issues. The role operates in a hybrid model with two days a week in Letterkenny.

You will collaborate with Global People Services, Compensation, Talent & Learning, HR Technology and external vendors to ensure timely data processing and governance across a complex HR data environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems, ideally Workday HCM, covering data processing, validation, reporting or operational support.
• Excellent attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues, identify patterns, and drive resolution.
• Proven ability to coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong Excel and data management skills, comfortable handling large data sets and identifying discrepancies.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to document processes and provide status updates.
• Execution-focused mindset with ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate Workday mass data loads, including template preparation, validation, error review, troubleshooting, and follow-through to completion.
• Support complex HR data processes, including compensation-related activities, by coordinating inputs, reviewing dependencies, validating data, and resolving issues with the appropriate teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to confirm load readiness, review validation results, elevate blockers, and ensure operational timelines are met.
• Identify data issues, process gaps, and recurring errors; work with partners to correct root causes and reduce repeat manual effort.
• Maintain clear process documentation, checklists, and operating procedures to support consistency, auditability, and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Manage multiple operational priorities with attention to accuracy, urgency, risk, and downstream impact.
