Job summary

PGIM Ireland, part of Prudential Financial, is seeking a People Team Data Integration Lead in a hybrid role based in Letterkenny. You will bridge People, Global Technology, and vendors to ensure accurate employee data flows across platforms, while supporting integration initiatives from requirements through UAT and production support.

The role emphasizes scalable integration design, governance, and continuous data quality improvements across HR ecosystems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with employee data, HR business processes, and enterprise system architecture.
• Demonstrated experience working with Workday or similar enterprise HR systems, including reporting, testing, troubleshooting and operational support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting integration initiatives from requirements gathering through user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production support, ensuring solutions meet business needs and operational expectations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Evaluate the impact of system changes on upstream and downstream integrations and design solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end integration delivery activities, including requirements gathering, design reviews, testing strategy, deployment readiness, and production validation.
• Collaborate with business/vendor partners and internal global technology partners to troubleshoot integration issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance automation, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality across the People Team landscape.
