Prudential Financial Ireland seeks a Specialist to support Workday HCM data operations. You’ll execute mass data loads, validate data, resolve issues, and partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate HR data processing.

Ideal candidates have experience with HR systems, strong Excel skills, and a meticulous, collaborative approach to data integrity and process documentation. Hybrid role based in Letterkenny office.

Qualificações

• Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday HCM data processing, validation, reporting, or operational support.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, quality control, and timely execution.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues, identify patterns, and drive resolution.
• Proven ability to coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong Excel and data management skills for large data sets and discrepancy review.
• Clear written and verbal communication with ability to document processes and provide updates.
• Execution-focused mindset with ability to manage competing priorities and follow through.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and coordinate Workday mass data loads, including template prep, validation, error review, troubleshooting, and completion.
• Support complex HR data processes, coordinating inputs, reviewing dependencies, validating data, and resolving issues.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to confirm load readiness and meet timelines.
• Identify data issues and recurring errors; work with partners to root cause and reduce manual effort.
• Maintain clear process documentation, checklists, and operating procedures for auditability.
• Manage multiple priorities with accuracy, urgency, risk, and downstream impact.
