PGIM Ireland is seeking a People Team Data Integration Lead to drive strategy, design, governance and delivery of HR data integrations across the People Team technology ecosystem. Hybrid role with two days in Letterkenny, Ireland, partnering with Global Technology and vendors to ensure secure, accurate data flow.
You will translate business requirements, oversee end-to-end delivery, and mentor teams while improving automation and data quality across HR platforms like Workday.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience with employee data, HR processes, and enterprise system architecture.
- Experience with Workday or similar HR systems incl. reporting, testing, troubleshooting and support.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsabilités
- Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
- Assess impact of changes on upstream/downstream integrations and propose design solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end integration delivery: requirements, design reviews, testing, deployment, production validation.
- Collaborate with partners to troubleshoot integration issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Lead continuous improvement to enhance automation and data quality across the People Team stack.
