Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a Specialist, People Data Operations to execute Workday HCM data processes, support mass data loads, validate data accuracy and resolve operational issues in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in Letterkenny.

You will partner with Global People Services, Compensation, Talent & Learning, HR Technology, and external vendors to coordinate load activity and ensure data is processed on time and accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday HCM.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and resolve in a deadline-driven environment.
• Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Excel and large data set handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate Workday mass data loads from templates, validate results, and troubleshoot issues.
• Support complex HR data processes, including compensation-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to confirm load readiness and timelines.
• Identify data issues and root causes to reduce manual effort.
• Maintain clear process documentation, checklists, and operating procedures.
