Job summary

PGIM Ireland, part of Prudential Financial, is seeking a Specialist for People Data Operations to execute Workday HCM data processes and mass data loads. The role partners with Global People Services, Compensation, Talent & Learning, HR Technology, and vendors to ensure data accuracy and timely execution.

Based in Letterkenny, the role operates in a hybrid model (2 days in-office). The successful candidate will document processes, support data validation, and maintain audit-ready procedures

Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday HCM, including data processing, validation, reporting, or operational support.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, quality control, and timely execution.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues, identify patterns, elevate risks, and drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate Workday mass data loads, including template preparation, validation, error review, troubleshooting, and follow‑through to completion.
• Support complex HR data processes by coordinating inputs, reviewing dependencies, validating data, and resolving issues with appropriate teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to confirm load readiness, review validation results, escalate blockers, and ensure timelines are met.
