Job summary

PGIM Ireland, the global asset management arm of Prudential Financial, is seeking a People Team Data Integration Lead. The role focuses on strategy, design, governance, and delivery of integrations across the People Team tech stack. Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week in Letterkenny.

You will partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, oversee end-to-end delivery, and drive improvements in data quality and automation across HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with employee data, HR processes, and enterprise system architecture.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems including reporting, testing, and support.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting integration initiatives from requirements through UAT, deployment, and post-production support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Assess impact of changes on integrations and propose design solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end integration delivery including requirements, design reviews, testing, deployment, and validation.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Drive continuous improvement to automate processes and improve data quality.
