Job summary

PGIM Ireland, part of Prudential Financial, is seeking a People Team Data Integration Lead to drive strategy, design, governance, and delivery of HR data integrations across platforms. You will bridge People, Global Technology, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure secure, accurate data flows.

The role is hybrid, two days a week in Letterkenny, requiring 5+ years in HR data, Workday or similar systems, and strong collaboration and analytical skills. Join a diverse, inclusive team shaping tomorrow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with employee data, HR business processes, and enterprise system architecture.
• Demonstrated experience with Workday or similar enterprise HR systems, including reporting, testing, troubleshooting and operational support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting integration initiatives from requirements gathering through UAT, deployment and post-production support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and global technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Evaluate impact of system changes on upstream and downstream integrations and recommend design solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end integration delivery activities, including requirements gathering, design reviews, testing strategy, deployment readiness, and production validation.
• Collaborate with business/vendor partners and internal global technology teams to troubleshoot integration issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality across the People Team.
