Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking an Application Management Analyst to support the People Team’s technology ecosystem. You will ensure employee data accuracy, drive integrations and provide data analysis across reporting platforms, collaborating with People, Global Technology and vendors.

You will work in a hybrid Letterkenny role, documenting requirements, validating data, and supporting testing and deployment to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, Finance, Data Analytics or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience with employee data, HR processes, ERP HR systems, and data analysis.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems including reporting, data validation, testing, troubleshooting or support.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and ability to document needs clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail and data documentation skills.
• Experience supporting integrations, UAT, deployment and post-production support.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify and document business requirements for integration solutions, data analysis needs and reporting outputs.
• Assess impact of system changes on integrations, data quality, reporting and analytics; identify risks and dependencies.
• Support integration delivery activities: requirements, data mapping, validation, testing support, UAT, deployment readiness, production validation.
• Assist with data audit activities, validate employee data, reconcile discrepancies and provide insights to improve operational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Analyze data integration files, reports and recurring issues to improve data quality and reduce manual effort.
