PGIM Ireland is seeking an Application Management Analyst for People Services & Solutions. Hybrid role based in Letterkenny, Ireland, working with HR data, integrations, and reporting across the People technology ecosystem.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate, secure employee data and support data quality initiatives. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in HR data, with Workday experience for reporting and validation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with employee data, HR processes, and data analysis practices.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems including reporting, data validation, testing, troubleshooting, and operational support.

Aufgaben

• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements for integrations, data analysis needs, and reporting outputs.
• Assess impact of system changes on data quality and reporting; identify risks or dependencies.
• Support integration delivery activities: requirements documentation, data mapping, validation, testing, UAT, deployment readiness, production validation.
• Support reporting and data audit activities by validating employee data and reconciling discrepancies.
• Analyze integration files and recurring data issues to improve data quality and support decision-making.
