Job summary

PGIM Ireland, part of Prudential Financial Inc., is seeking a Senior Testing Analyst to own end-to-end testing for HR technology solutions. Hybrid role with two days in Letterkenny.

You will work with HR Centers of Excellence, Process Solutions and Technology teams across payroll, compensation, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and performance management. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in system testing, QA, or business analysis in HR.
• Experience with HR systems like Workday from an admin or tech perspective.
• Knowledge of People Team processes across payroll, talent acquisition, compensation, performance and learning.
• Strong business analysis skills with test scenarios and data issue identification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across business, technical and vendor teams.
• Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing execution, including SIT, UAT and regression testing for initiatives and releases.
• Support testing across HR areas such as payroll, compensation, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and learning, core HCM.
• Ensure test cases meet business requirements and expected outcomes.
• Develop test design and scripts with scenario coverage, defect management and sign-off processes.
• Identify testing risks and mitigation strategies; track defects through resolution and retesting.
• Collaborate with People Team Solutions, Technology and HR Centers of Excellence to validate outcomes.
• Develop and maintain testing standards, templates and documentation.
• Participate in project meetings, release planning and change management as needed.
• Champion continuous improvement including testing automation and vendor coordination models.
