Job summary

PGIM Ireland, the global asset management arm of Prudential Financial, is seeking an experienced HR/Workday analyst for a hybrid role based in Letterkenny. You will manage monthly accruals in Workday, support compensation processes and lead business analysis for key projects across People, Finance and Payroll teams.

The role requires 3+ years in HR analytics, strong Workday experience, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, process management, HR operations or compensation administration.
Demonstrated experience with Workday or similar enterprise HR systems including reporting, testing, troubleshooting and operational support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the monthly accrual process in Workday, including data validation, reconciliation and issue resolution.
Support Workday Compensation processes through configuration, testing and production support.
Lead and support business analysis for projects by reviewing requirements and coordinating testing with technology teams.
Develop, analyze and deliver reporting, metrics and insights supporting business operations and compensation programs.
Partner across People Team, Finance, Payroll, Technology and external vendors to identify process improvements and strengthen controls.
