Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, process management, HR operations or compensation administration.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems including reporting, testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the monthly accrual process in Workday, including validation and reconciliation.
• Support Workday Compensation processes through configuration, testing and production support.
• Lead business analysis efforts for projects, coordinating testing and partnering with technology teams.
• Develop reporting, metrics and insights to support operations, compensation and compliance.
• Collaborate with People Team, Finance, Payroll, Technology and vendors to drive process improvements.
