Job summary

Salesforce is hiring an Account Executive based in Dublin to lead full-cycle sales in the UKI market. You will own the end-to-end process, from prospecting to closing, while driving new business and expansion within strategic SMB accounts.

You will leverage Salesforce AI and Data solutions, build executive relationships, and collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the funnel and close complex deals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in quota-carrying, tech/SaaS sales.
• Create territory & account plans to identify and close opportunities.
• Uncover business challenges and map Salesforce AI/Data solutions.
• Craft value propositions aligned to customer needs and tech solutions.
• Clear written, verbal, and presentation communications.
• Drive results using all sales tools and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals.
• Coachable, competitive, and goal-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English.
