Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the UK/I SMB market, based in Dublin, Ireland. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce—the AI-driven future of autonomous CRM.

In this role you will balance new business with expansion, build trusted C-level relationships, and collaborate across BDR, Pre-sales and Marketing to optimize the UK/I funnel and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience required.
• Develop territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Research and discovery of prospect's processes, challenges and goals.
• Identify compelling value propositions addressing customer needs with technology solutions.
• Clear, concise customer communication via multiple channels; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated UK/I market sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Drive growth focusing on new business and expansion.
• Use consultative sell­ing to align Salesforce AI and Data solutions to customer goals.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers via digital and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with BDR, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the UK/I market funnel.
