Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive to lead full-cycle sales in the UK/I SMB market from our Dublin hub. You will drive growth by selling AI, Data, and CRM solutions to new and existing customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to close deals and expand market presence.

Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Sales: Lead a dedicated customer set in the UK/I market, managing complex sales projects from lead generation to closing.
• Strategic Growth: Drive performance against key metrics with a focus on new business acquisition and expansion.
• Solution Selling: Use a consultative approach to identify business challenges and align Salesforce AI and Data solutions to customer goals.
• Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers through digital engagement and face-to-face meetings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the UK/I market funnel.
