Salesforce is seeking a results-driven Account Executive for the UKI market, based in Dublin. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle for a strategic SMB territory, balancing new business with expansion within existing accounts.

You’ll leverage a consultative approach to map Salesforce AI and Data solutions to client goals, collaborating with BDR, pre-sales and marketing to close multi-channel deals and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in quota-carrying, tech/SaaS sales across full sales cycle.
• Ability to create territory and account plans to qualify and close opportunities.
• Ability to uncover business challenges and strategic goals through discovery.
• Craft compelling value propositions mapped to customer needs and tech solutions.
• Clear and timely engagement across writing, speech, presentations and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the UKI market, managing complex sales from lead to close.
• Drive new business acquisition and expansion within accounts.
• Apply consultative selling to align Salesforce AI and Data solutions with customer goals.
• Build trusted executive-level relationships through digital and face-to-face engagement.
• Collaborate with BDR, pre-sales and marketing to optimize the sales funnel.
