Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the UK/I SMB Fintech market, based in Dublin. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce to enable autonomous AI.

This role emphasizes new business plus strategic expansion within existing accounts. You will balance proactive prospecting with relationship-building at the C-level, leveraging cross-functional teams to maximize outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales for the UK/I SMB Fintech market in Dublin.
• Drive new business growth while expanding within existing accounts.
• Apply consultative, solution-based selling to align Salesforce AI/Data products.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers.
• Collaborate with BDR, pre-sales and marketing to optimize the funnel.
