Salesforce in Dublin is seeking an Account Executive for the Central market to lead the end-to-end sales cycle, selling the Salesforce platform with AI and Data innovations across the Customer 360. You will balance new logo prospecting with expansion within existing accounts.

The role requires quota-carrying experience in tech/SaaS sales, strong communication, and a consultative approach to solution selling, with relocation support for Dublin.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (full professional fluency).
• Office-based role in Dublin, Ireland with relocation assistance.
• Experience in tech/SaaS sales covering end-to-end sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the Central market, managing complex sales from lead generation to close.
• Drive new business and expansion, meeting quota targets.
• Use consultative selling to map Salesforce AI and Data solutions to customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers through digital engagement and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Pre-sales, Marketing, and other teams to optimize the sales funnel.
