Salesforce, based in Dublin, is seeking an Account Executive for the UK/I SMB market. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, balancing whitespace prospecting with strategic expansion, and you will sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce.

Based in our Dublin hub, you will engage C-level stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires quota-carrying selling experience and a consultative, solution-oriented approach across AI and data offerings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success of quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
• Territory & Account Planning strategies to identify prospects and opportunities.
• Research and Discovery: uncover current processes, challenges, and goals.
• Solutioning: identify compelling value propositions addressing customer needs.
• Customer Communication: clear, concise, timely, across multiple channels.
• Resource Application: use resources and tools to drive results.
• Team Selling: align with account team and partners to support the deal.
• Fluency in English.
