Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Quality & Training Specialist Market Lead in Dublin to ensure safety policies are enforced at scale. You will oversee audits, RCA-driven insights, and policy interpretation across global teams, coordinating with BPO partners and internal teams to drive consistency and improvements.

You will lead calibration sessions, develop training on policy changes, and leverage AI-enabled tooling to report on market accuracy and policy gaps.

Qualifications

• Audits quality assurance in trust & safety environments with data integrity.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify recurring quality issues and drive improvements.
• Deep interpretation of safety policies to guide enforcement and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular analytical audits of moderation to meet accuracy targets.
• Analyze data and RCA findings; translate into actionable feedback for guidelines and operations teams.
• Interpret policies and validate benchmark data to guide enforcement accuracy.
• Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Manage edge cases and ensure policy updates are communicated across internal and external partners.
• Leverage QA dashboards and AI tools to prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Lead or support training on policy changes and guideline updates, especially for BPO staff.
