Job summary

TikTok Ireland seeks a Quality & Training Specialist to ensure safety policies are enforced at scale. You will conduct audits, analyze data, and provide expert judgments on high-risk cases, driving continuous improvement across moderation teams.

The role requires shift work including weekends and public holidays, with collaboration across BPO, PPS, PS, and OGS teams. You will use AI tools to generate weekly and monthly performance reports and support policy rollouts.

Qualifications

• Proven analytics auditing experience in trust & safety or high-volume operations.
• Strong RCA, pattern spotting, and ownership for process improvements.
• Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs for expert judgments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead calibration and training.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English; data visualization and QA tooling familiarity.
• Internal candidates must be G3+ level.
• Ability to leverage AI to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical audits of human moderation ensuring compliance and targets.
• Perform RCA to identify root causes and translate data into feedback.
• Provide expert policy judgment on high-risk cases and interpret safety guidelines.
• Lead calibration sessions and collaborate with BPO and internal teams.
• Manage edge cases and ensure policy updates are communicated across partners.
• Leverage AI and QA dashboards to prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Lead or support training rollouts for policy changes.
