Qualifications

• Proven expertise in analytical audits and data integrity in trust/safety or high-volume operations.
• Strong RCA capabilities with pattern recognition and process optimization skills.
• Deep understanding of content policies and judgment on high-risk cases.
• Stakeholder management to align global quality goals and training.
• Fluency in data visualization, reporting, and AI-enabled workflows.
• H Hebrew language proficiency for local interactions and English as working language.
• For internal candidates, current job level must be G3 or above.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of moderation processes to meet data protection and safety standards.
• Perform RCA and translate data into actionable feedback for guidelines and operations.
• Provide expert judgment on complex or high-risk cases and validate benchmark data.
• Lead calibration sessions and collaborate with BPO/PS/OGS teams on quality goals.
• Resolve edge cases quickly and cascade policy updates across partners.
• Leverage QA dashboards and AI tools to prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Lead or support training for policy changes and operational guidelines.
