Qualifications

• Proven experience leading quality or operational teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep analytics and RCA leadership with data-driven decision making.
• Strong governance, policy understanding and global quality frameworks.
• Experience with AI or automation to improve processes.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management across Policy, Operations and Product.
• Ability to identify systemic risks and design scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality governance across markets and identify systemic risks.
• Lead RCA across Policy, Engineering and Operations.
• Develop and mentor a team of Quality & Training Specialists.
• Improve quality frameworks and leverage AI to optimize auditing.
• Collaborate with Policy, Operations, BPO QA, and Training teams.
• Produce quarterly threat outlooks for seasonal risk planning.
• Oversee training governance including gaps from audits and RCA trends.
• Commitment to shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
