Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and ability to decide in complex situations.
• Understand labeling workflows and upstream/downstream collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Swahili required for cross-market communication.
• Comfortable reporting to a broad range of XFN partners.
• A fast learner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards across projects.
• Facilitate regular calibration meetings and provide feedback on implementation.
• Disseminate policy updates and ensure timely communication among stakeholders.
• Perform daily audits and provide analysis of errors and feedback.
• Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to management.
• Identify areas for performance improvement across markets and propose solutions.
• Lead policy briefings to align with cultural and political conditions.
• Balance task delivery across queues using relevant platforms.
• Support or backfill temporary gaps in market support.
• Assist onboarding to develop training SOPs and materials.
• Maintain policy implementation skills through moderation or quizzes.
• Design and implement a training plan according to timeline.
