Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Safety Model Operations Quality Assurance Analyst (Swahili) to uphold quality in moderation workflows from our Dublin offices. You will perform audits, report findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and SMART goals in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Swahili and English is required, with 1+ year QA or policy experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and familiarity with content moderation or ML-informed labeling will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of QA or relevant trust & safety experience in a major tech or media company.
• Fluent in Swahili; English proficiency required as working language.
• Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audits and analyze errors; provide feedback to teams.
• Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to SME and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project needs and goals.
• Lead policy briefings to ensure alignment with cultural and regional conditions.
• Backfill gaps in market support and support onboarding training SOPs and materials.
