Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Dutch language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with recruitment, recruitment media and HR software is a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS sales and IT/recruiting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and establish relationships with prospects.
• Create reliable forecasts and maintain pipeline transparency with management.
• Close new business consistently at or above quota.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan and share competitive insights.
• Coach and support colleagues; promote best practices within the team.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to reflect market needs.
