• Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and establish relationships with prospects
• Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management on pipeline status
• Close new business consistently at or above quota
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan and share competitive insights
• Invest in colleagues and provide coaching when opportunities arise
• Contribute to creating best practices that form the team foundation
• Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams
• Proactively solve problems and take on additional initiatives as they emerge
