Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English with strong written and spoken skills.
• At least 1 year of sales, sales development, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus (Salesforce).

Responsabilités

• Build a pipeline of Swedish-speaking enterprise prospects through outbound outreach.
• Initiate long-term relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to position Workday effectively.
• Collaborate with regional teams across EMEA to drive sales activity.
