Job summary

Workday in Dublin is seeking a Business Development Representative to proactively build relationships with new customers and work with our accounts management team across EMEA to develop sales activity.

You will apply consultative selling to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and educate the market on our technology and applications, generating opportunities through outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies.

Qualifications

1 year of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting or internships.
Advanced language skills in Danish and English.
Strong business acumen and passion for innovation to delight customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport quickly.
Accountability and tenacity with detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to articulate the value of technology to prospects.

Responsibilities
