Job summary

Workday in Ireland is seeking a Business Development Representative to build relationships with new customers across EMEA, working closely with the accounts management team. This role offers exposure to Sales, Marketing and Operations within our Dublin offices.

You will apply consultative selling to position Workday against legacy solutions, generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow our Dublin presence.

Qualifications

• Advanced language skills in Swedish and English.
• 1 year of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting or internships.

Responsibilities

• Apply consultative selling to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
• Position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions and educate the market on our technology.
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies.
