Job summary

Workday is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our UKI team in Dublin. You will proactively build relationships with prospects, align with our Accounts Executive team across EMEA, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive opportunities.

You will use consultative selling to educate the market on Workday solutions, initiate conversations with executives, and develop new business through inbound calls and targeted prospecting to enterprise companies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting or internships.
• Ability to articulate the value and potential of technology with credibility and trust.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Business acumen with a passion for innovation to delight and inspire prospects.

Responsibilities

• Initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
• Position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions and educate the market on our technology.
