Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Salesforce Success Manager in Ireland to partner with customers, guide adoption, and accelerate value realization. You will specialize in one or more LoBs and cloud areas, build executive relationships, and ensure customer success across their digital journey.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of industry experience, strong consulting skills, and fluency in Italian and English, with a proven track record as a trusted advisor to drive business value.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Deep LoB and cloud/industry expertise.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to act as Trusted Advisor.
• Ability to drive C-suite conversations and handle objections.
• Fluency in Italian and English required.

Responsibilities

• Use our Customer Success Methodology to understand goals, assess capabilities, and provide recommendations to accelerate business objectives.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementation and evangelize Salesforce capabilities across Clouds.
• Guide customers on organizational strategy, governance and change management processes.
• Demonstrate hands-on Salesforce knowledge by applying platform features to business priorities and roadmap.
• Identify risks to achieving business goals and work with the account team to mitigate them.
• Produce and implement a comprehensive adoption path with current and target states and timelines.
• Deliver business value and innovation by understanding customer challenges and growth opportunities.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business sponsors to solidify partnerships.
• Coordinate with Salesforce Executives and account teams to network within accounts to achieve goals.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory experts as needed.
• Communicate product changes, degradations, outages, and end-of-life updates proactively.
