Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Success Manager in Dublin to partner with customers, accelerate value, and realize ROI from Salesforce investments. You will specialize in one or more LoBs and align with partners to deliver tangible outcomes.

The role requires C-level communication, deep product knowledge, and a proven consulting background. You will build executive relationships and guide adoption across Cloud offerings while supporting strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant industry expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more LoBs (cloud or industry).
• Strong consulting skills with a track record as Trusted Advisor.
• Ability to drive conversations at the C-level and handle objections.
• Fluency in French & English required.

Responsibilities

• Use our Customer Success Methodology to understand goals and accelerate value.
• Develop understanding of Salesforce implementation and evangelize the Cloud capabilities.
• Guide organizational strategy, governance and change processes based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by applying Salesforce features to priorities.
• Proactively identify risks and work with the account team to mitigate.
• Produce and implement an adoption path showing current and target states.
• Deliver business value and innovation by addressing key challenges and growth opportunities.
• Build executive-level relationships with IT and business sponsors and decision-makers.
• Work with the account team and Salesforce Executives to network within accounts.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory experts when appropriate.
• Proactively communicate product changes, degradations, outages, end of life updates.
