Job summary

ENGINEERINGUK in Dublin, Ireland seeks a Salesforce Success Manager to partner with customers, guide value realization, and accelerate ROI across Clouds and LoBs. You’ll align with partner levels, build executive relationships, and drive adoption paths to customer success.

You'll demonstrate deep Salesforce product knowledge, manage governance and change processes, identify risks, and collaborate with account teams and Salesforce executives to advance outcomes for complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant industry expertise.
• In-depth knowledge in one LoB or cloud.
• Strong consulting skills and trusted advisor experience.
• Fluency in French & English required.

Responsibilities

• Use our Customer Success Methodology to understand goals and accelerate business/tech objectives.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementation and evangelize Cloud capabilities.
• Guide organizational strategy, governance and change processes based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge applying platform features to business priorities.
• Identify risks and work with the account team to mitigate them.
• Create an adoption path showing current and target states with timelines.
• Deliver business value by understanding customer challenges and growth potential.
• Build executive-level relationships with IT and business sponsors and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the account team and Salesforce Executives to network within accounts.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory experts when needed.
• Proactively communicate product changes, outages, or end-of-life updates.
