Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Success Manager in Ireland to partner with customers and drive business value. You will specialize in one or more LoBs, advocating Salesforce capabilities and guiding executives through organizational strategy and governance to achieve desired outcomes.

You will collaborate with account teams and Salesforce executives to align on roadmaps, identify risks, and deliver adoption plans that realize measurable ROI across multiple clouds and industries.

Qualifications

• Cloud specialization and industry skills to speak the customer language.
• Fluency in French & English required for this opportunity.
• Experience driving effective conversations at the C-level; facilitation and handling objections.
• Strong consulting skills and results as a Trusted Advisor to drive business value.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce product and platform features and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to accelerate business value and ROI from Salesforce.
• Specialize in one or more LoBs, cloud or industry to speak customer language.
• Identify risks and work with the account team on mitigation plans.
• Develop a comprehensive adoption path with current and target states and timelines.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business leaders to solidify partnership.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory experts when needed.
• Communicate product changes and updates proactively.
