Job summary

Salesforce Ireland is seeking an experienced Success Manager to partner with customers, accelerate value, and guide their digital journeys across Salesforce Clouds. You will work with executive sponsors, align on strategy, governance, and organizational change, while evangelising Salesforce capabilities to maximize adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of one or more LoBs (cloud or industry).
• Strong consulting skills as a trusted advisor delivering business value.
• Ability to engage at the C-level and handle objections.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Use our Customer Success Methodology to understand goals and accelerate value.
• Develop knowledge of Salesforce implementation and evangelize capabilities across Clouds.
• Guide customer on strategy, governance and organizational change processes.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge by applying features to priorities and roadmap.
• Identify risks to achieve stated goals and create mitigation plans.
• Produce and implement a comprehensive adoption path with timelines.
• Deliver business value by addressing customer challenges and growth potential.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business leaders to strengthen the partnership.
• Collaborate with account teams and Salesforce Executives across accounts.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services to drive success.
• Proactively communicate product changes, outages, end of life and other updates.
