Leadout Capital is seeking a Senior Success Manager to partner with customers, accelerate value, and realize ROI from Salesforce deployments. You will specialize in Cloud/LoB areas, speak customer language, and align with executive sponsors to drive adoption and strategic outcomes.

The role requires deep product knowledge, Enterprise Architecture awareness, and the ability to influence at senior levels across diverse industries. English fluency and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant industry expertise.
• In-depth knowledge in one or more lines of business (LoBs) - a specific cloud or industry.
• Strong consulting skills and proven results as a Trusted Advisor to drive business value.
• Ability to drive effective and influential conversations at the C-level; handle objections.
• Any additional European language is highly desirable for this role.

Responsabilités

• Use Salesforce Success Methodology to understand goals and accelerate business value.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementation and evangelize Salesforce capabilities.
• Guide customers on governance and organizational change processes per their needs.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge by applying platform features to priorities and roadmap.
• Identify risks to business goals and work with the account team on a mitigation plan.
• Create and implement a comprehensive adoption path with current and target states and timelines.
• Deliver business value by addressing customers' challenges and growth opportunities.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business leaders to solidify partnership.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Executives to network within accounts and support goals.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory experts when needed.
• Communicate product changes, degradations, outages, and end-of-life updates.
