Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Salesforce Success Manager to partner with customers, drive value realization, and accelerate ROI across Salesforce Clouds. The role specializes in LoBs and industry verticals to speak the customer language and maximize adoption and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will maintain executive relationships, guide governance and change management, and translate complex product capabilities into customer outcomes across multiple clouds and business units.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry expertise.
• In‑depth knowledge of one or more LoBs (cloud or industry).
• Strong consulting skills to drive business value for customers.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Use Customer Success Methodology to understand goals, assess capabilities, and provide recommendations to accelerate business and tech objectives.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementations and evangelize Salesforce capabilities across Clouds.
• Guide customers on governance and organizational change processes based on needs.
• Demonstrate hands-on Salesforce product knowledge by applying platform features to business priorities and roadmaps.
• Identify risks to achieving stated goals and collaborate with the account team to mitigate them.
• Create and implement a comprehensive adoption path with current state, target state, timeline and enablement plan.
• Deliver business value and innovation by understanding customers' key challenges and growth potential.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business leaders, sponsors and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the account team and Salesforce executives to network within accounts and drive outcomes.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory experts when needed.
• Proactively communicate technical product changes, degradations, outages, end-of-life and other updates.
