Job summary

Vardis Group, a Dublin-based security, cleaning and landscaping provider, seeks a commercial leader to define strategy, drive revenue growth and position the business in the Irish security and facilities services market.

You will oversee Sales teams, develop market opportunities across Ireland, lead bids and national contracts, and build a high-performing team while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior commercial or sales leadership experience in security or facilities services.
• Proven track record of winning tenders and national accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing, margin control and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales teams' operations and strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
• Oversee tenders, pricing, bids and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence and client retention.
