Job summary

Force Ireland is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow the Irish commercial operation of a leading international technology business. The role combines senior commercial leadership with responsibility for Ireland's sales strategy, revenue growth, key accounts and sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of B2B technical sales experience, proven management ability and experience selling into regulated/high-technology manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years' B2B technical sales experience.
• Proven sales management or commercial leadership experience.
• Experience selling into regulated/high-technology manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall sales strategy and commercial plan for Ireland.
• Lead major opportunities, tenders and negotiations.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans while forecasting accurately.
• Build long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Lead and coach the Irish sales team to achieve targets.
• Represent Force at industry events and with key networks.
