Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management, property services, or related sector.
Experience managing opportunities end-to-end from lead to contract award.
Strong commercial acumen to assess profitability and risk.

Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Irish private sector.
Develop a robust pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
Deliver annual contract sales of €3m+.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to tender and contract award.
