Qualifications

• Significant senior sales leadership experience in telecommunications or managed services.
• Proven experience leading large B2B/public-sector sales organisations.
• Deep understanding of Irish government/public-sector buying dynamics.
• Experience with frameworks, public procurement, large-scale tenders and renewals.
• Credibility in conversations around secure connectivity, cyber security and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Vodafone Business Ireland’s Public Sector sales strategy across central government, public safety, health, education, local government and semi-state accounts.
• Protect and grow a EUR 50M+ revenue base while delivering sustainable growth.
• Build multi-year opportunity strategies around public-sector digital transformation and resilience.
• Demonstrate procurement expertise and governance across frameworks and tenders.
• Lead executive sponsorship for Vodafone’s strategic government and semi-state customers.
